Ekolkent, which stands out with its 54 apartments and 9 commercial spaces, consists of three different types of 3+1 and 4+1 duplex apartments. In the project, the 3+1 apartments are designed to be between 140 and 160 square meters, while the 4+1 apartments are 190 square meters in size. The Ekolkent project, notable for its sensitivity to the environment and nature, aims to promote eco-consciousness among its residents through a special waste separation system for materials like glass, plastic, and paper. Additionally, it targets reducing water waste by collecting and reusing wastewater from residents for garden irrigation. Another standout feature of Ekolkent is the use of solar panels to generate electricity, which will meet the power needs of the project's common areas. Comprising two blocks, the Ekolkent project includes a large swimming pool as a shared amenity. Located between the blocks, the swimming pool will be available for use by the residents.
