The Strada Bahçeşehir project, bearing the signature of Akzirve Real Estate, consists of a total of 2,500 residential units across three phases. The second phase, named Strada Plus, includes 880 units spread across six blocks. Akzirve Strada, developed by Akzirve Real Estate in Istanbul's Bahçeşehir district, is now welcoming new owners with the launch of its second phase following the successful completion of the first phase. The foundation of the first phase of Strada, which consists of 2,500 independent units, was laid in February 2017. The construction of the first phase, comprising 747 residences, was 50% completed within 10 months, and all units were sold out.

Akzirve Real Estate CEO İbrahim Maasfeh expressed confidence that the second phase, Strada Plus, would similarly attract high demand: "Now, we have the second phase, Strada Plus, with 880 units. While planning this phase, we took into account the existing demand and launched pre-sales with the motto 'much more for a similar budget.' We achieved our target of selling 100 units in just 10 days. We promise delivery within 24 months and commit to compensating for any potential rental losses in exceptional cases. We believe Strada Plus will garner the same level of interest and appreciation from our customers as the first phase did."

The proximity of Strada to the 3rd airport connection roads, the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, and the upcoming metro lines enhances its investment value. The third phase of Strada is targeted for launch in the third quarter of 2018.
