Ant Yapı's new project, to be realized in Bodrum, is located in the Akyarlar Aspat Bay area. The first phase of the Anthaven Aspat project, which will be situated right by the sea, consists of 162 residences. The residences in the Anthaven Aspat project include duplex villas and apartment flats. The sizes of the residences in the project range from 68 square meters to 216 square meters.

The payment terms for the Anthaven Aspat project have not yet been determined.

Ant Yapı, which has made its mark with numerous projects in Istanbul under the "Ant" brand, has now turned its focus to Bodrum. Having long planned to undertake a project in Bodrum, Ant Yapı chose the Akyarlar region for its latest venture. The project, named Anthaven Aspat, is strategically located in Akyarlar Aspat Bay. The Anthaven Aspat project features two distinct types of residences: duplex villas and apartment flats. The apartment flats come in 1+1 and 2+1 options, while the villas offer 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 configurations. In the Anthaven Aspat project, the 1+1 apartment flats range from 68 to 101 square meters, and the 2+1 flats vary between 89 and 156 square meters. For the villa-style residences, the 2+1 units range from 127 to 129 square meters, the 3+1 units span 170 to 216 square meters, and the 4+1 units measure between 166 and 167 square meters. The first phase of the Anthaven Aspat project is set to be completed in the summer of 2020.

In a statement to EQ magazine, Mehmet Okay, Chairman of the Board of Ant Yapı, shared the exciting news about the Bodrum project: "For years, you have been requesting—even complaining—that we haven't undertaken a project in Bodrum. Finally, we've found the most beautiful location and will create the most beautiful project for you."
