The Hava Kent Haracci project is located 7.5 km away from Istanbul Airport. Currently in the licensing phase, the Hava Kent Haracci project aims to deliver 150 residential units. It is projected to be completed by the last quarter of 2022 with an estimated cost of 32 million TL. Similar to the main project, the 2+1 and 3+1 apartments here follow the same pricing structure—90 m² 2+1 units with a 60,000 TL initial fee and 1,500 TL monthly installments over 36 months (estimated total: 290,000 TL), and 120 m² 3+1 units with a 70,000 TL initial fee and 2,000 TL monthly installments (estimated total: 360,000 TL).
