The estimated price for these apartment types is calculated to be 290,000 TL. The 120 m² 3+1 apartments have an initial fee of 70,000 TL, again with a 36-month term, but this time with monthly payments of 2,000 TL. The estimated price for the 3+1 apartments is calculated to be 360,000 TL.

The Hava Kent Haracci project is located 7.5 km away from Istanbul Airport. Currently in the licensing phase, the Hava Kent Haracci project aims to deliver 150 residential units. It is projected to be completed by the last quarter of 2022 with an estimated cost of 32 million TL. Similar to the main project, the 2+1 and 3+1 apartments here follow the same pricing structure—90 m² 2+1 units with a 60,000 TL initial fee and 1,500 TL monthly installments over 36 months (estimated total: 290,000 TL), and 120 m² 3+1 units with a 70,000 TL initial fee and 2,000 TL monthly installments (estimated total: 360,000 TL).
