YDA Construction, known for its large-scale projects, particularly in Istanbul and Ankara, has initiated a new project in the capital. Located within the boundaries of Macun 1 Neighborhood in Yenimahalle, Ankara, the project is being developed on land owned by the Turkish Education Association. Spanning 7 phases, it will consist of 5,500 residences. The total built-up area of the blocks in the project is 63,000 square meters, while the landscaping area covers 250,115 square meters. The YDA Construction Yenimahalle Project is expected to be completed within 9 years. The first phase of deliveries for the YDA Construction Ankara Yenimahalle Project will begin in August 2019, with the final phase scheduled for completion in December 2026. Details of the project, which has entered the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process, will be announced in the coming days.
