The Europark Hayat project, bearing the signature of Cihan Construction, is being built on a 42,019-square-meter plot. The project consists of 13 blocks with floor heights ranging between 3 and 13 stories. Europark Hayat offers 1,095 residential units and 81 commercial units. The project features 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 apartments, with sizes ranging from 56 to 81 square meters for 1+1 units, 74 to 99 square meters for 2+1 units, 150 to 190 square meters for 3+1 units, and 206 square meters for 4+1 units.
Under the "Don’t Postpone Your Dreams, Turkey" campaign initiated by Emlak Konut GYO, homeownership is possible with a 5% down payment. A sister project is joining the record-breaking Europark development. Cihan Construction, which acquired the land for 156.5 million TL under the Emlak Konut Esenyurt Hoşdere 5th Stage Land Sale Income Sharing Project, is now constructing a new project named "Europark Hayat." The sample apartment is ready, and official sales have begun after the pre-demand phase, during which 25% of the project was already sold.
Ertuğrul Yavuz Pala, Chairman of the Board of Cihan Construction, stated that Europark Hayat has garnered significant interest from airline employees due to its proximity to the new Istanbul Airport. He noted that the original Europark project, which is 95% sold, achieved a 70% premium rate, and the new project is also attracting strong demand from both residents and foreign investors. Pala emphasized that the new project has an investment value of approximately 700 million TL and will stand as a model project with its quality, social amenities, and children's play areas. The design includes commercial spaces on the lower levels and residences above. Due to its convenient access to the new airport via connecting roads, the project has drawn considerable attention from airport personnel, though the primary target audience remains investors. Additionally, efforts are being made to keep maintenance fees low, aiming for an average of 200-250 TL per month.
Located within the boundaries of Hoşdere Neighborhood, Europark Hayat is situated northeast of the TEM Istanbul-Edirne Highway, along the Hadımköy-Altınşehir Road. Nearby residential projects include Dumankaya Modern Valley, N Tepe, Fi-Premium Homes, Fi-Side, and Kiptaş Esenyurt Homes. The project is 33 kilometers from the 15 July Martyrs Bridge and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, and 16 kilometers from Atatürk Airport.
