The Tower 246 project, developed by Yalçın Baysan Group, is being constructed on a 23,000-square-meter plot in Isparta. The project consists of 731 apartments across 7 blocks, featuring 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 apartment types. The blocks are designed as ground + 14 floors, with apartment sizes ranging from 51 to 185 square meters. Tower 246 includes a 750-vehicle parking lot and social areas equipped with amenities catering to all age groups.
Personalized payment conditions are offered for the Tower 246 project.
Expected rental income: Starting from 1,500 TL.
Prepared to set a new benchmark in Isparta, Tower 246 is being built at the Migros Junction on the ring road. The family-oriented project allocates 60% of its space to green areas. Tower 246 offers hotel-comfort living with apartments equipped with smart home systems. The project boasts rich social amenities, including a shopping mall that will serve both residents and the surrounding community. A model apartment is already prepared. Upon completion, rental prices are projected to start from 1,500 TL.
Located on the Antalya Ring Road, Tower 246 is in close proximity to Centrum Garden Mall, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization Directorate, and the 112 Emergency and City Regional Hospital.
Lowest housing price: 300,000 TL.
On April 21, 2022, I visited your Tower 246 sales office in Isparta city center with my spouse to inquire about the apartments. I asked to speak with a sales representative for details. Your cleaning staff woke up the sales representative, who was sleeping in the ladies' room. After about 3-5 minutes, the sales representative came out and provided information about the 3+1, 2+1, and 1+1 apartments using the project model. She then asked how much cash we had and how much credit we planned to use. We responded normally, stating we intended to take a loan covering about half the apartment's price. The sales representative then asked whether we were employed or salaried workers. We involuntarily questioned why she was asking such things—whether she viewed us as economically disadvantaged or, frankly, poor—and left your sales office. She followed us to our car outside and asked, 'Did I do something wrong?' Please take necessary action regarding this sales representative. We were deeply upset by this incident. We came to your sales office intending to purchase an apartment in your project but encountered such behavior.
