DAP Construction's new project in Izmir is being realized right next to Atatürk Stadium in Bornova. Ziya Yılmaz, Chairman of the Board of DAP Holding, stated that they had to launch the DAP Izmir project with ground sales due to overwhelming demand, even before the official campaign began. He emphasized that they pulled down initial prices as a 'gesture' since it was their first project in Izmir. Additionally, they offered a one-year rental guarantee to ensure the investment pays for itself within 10-12 years. Yılmaz highlighted that the project's location will soon become one of Izmir's most valuable areas, promising high returns. He advised potential buyers not to miss these advantageous conditions, as DAP Izmir offers spacious apartments and balconies that promise a peaceful life, all at prices lower than older properties in the area. The company maintains a pricing policy that satisfies both residents and investors, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
DAP Izmir offers a one-year rental guarantee, with rental income ranging from 1,250 TL to 6,000 TL depending on the apartment.
