Within the Tema Istanbul Bahçe project, an entertainment park called Tema World aims to enrich the lives of residents. Tema World will feature state-of-the-art entertainment units, open and enclosed play areas, street entertainment, and year-round festivals, bringing vibrancy to the community. Tema World is planned to open in 2020.

The project also includes a school. A new campus of Bahçeşehir College will be part of the Tema Istanbul Bahçe project.
