With a construction area of 226,258 square meters, the project consists of 1,334 apartments across 24 blocks. The blocks are designed to be 15 stories high. The New Karesi project offers 26 different apartment types. Initially, the 1+1 and 3+1 apartments in the project were made available for sale. The 1+1 units for sale are 52 square meters in size, while the 3+1 units measure 117, 143, and 180 square meters. The 2+1 and 4+1 apartments have not yet been released for sale.
