Nef's new project, Nef Kandilli Luxury Living, consists of 406 residences. The Nef Kandilli project, where sales have begun, offers apartments in 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1 layouts. The new project, rising in Kandilli—one of Istanbul's neighborhoods along the Bosphorus—has been named "Nef Reserve Kandilli." The Nef Reserve Kandilli project is the company's second project on the Anatolian Side. Nef Reserve Kandilli is located adjacent to Eston Kandilli Houses, İçkale Kandilli Mansions, and Ofis Kent Site. The project, adorned with luxurious details, does not include 1+0 or 1+1 apartments. Instead, it features a range of apartment types from 2+1 to 5+1. The residences in the project vary in size from 157 square meters to 423 square meters. Sales have begun for the Nef Reserve Kandilli project, designed by the renowned architect Emre Arolat.
