Construction has officially begun on the land in Bahçelievler, long known as the site of the old Coca-Cola Factory. Excavation work has been underway for some time, and the area will soon host a mixed-use development comprising residential units and a hotel. Details of the new project, named "Delta Incirli," are gradually being revealed. The land for the project is owned by Imsa Istanbul Meşrubat Sanayi ve Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat Turizm A.Ş.
Located right next to the E-5 highway, the Delta Incirli project is being constructed just 100 meters from the nearest school. The distance to Atatürk Airport is approximately 3.5 kilometers. One of the blocks in the Delta Incirli project is dedicated to a hotel with 130 rooms and a capacity of 260 beds.
