Sur Yapı is launching its fifth project of 2017, Topkapı Evleri, with an investment value of 300 million Turkish Lira in one of Topkapı's most prestigious areas. Marketed under the slogan 'Istanbul’s Gateway to Life,' the project promises an exclusive lifestyle with its courtyard and inner garden concept, low-rise architecture, prime location, shopping street featuring 29 retail units, proximity to public transportation, landscaped areas, and social amenities.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the project, Sur Yapı Chairman Altan Elmas stated, 'Topkapı, as many of you know, is referred to as Istanbul’s fifth gate and has been one of the city’s most significant centers since the Ottoman era. Historically a hub of commerce, Topkapı has recently gained prominence with numerous branded residential projects. However, the demand for quality housing in the area persists. Factors such as increasing hotel, mall, and office investments, easy transportation access, and public investments continue to boost Topkapı’s appeal. As part of the urban transformation, Sur Yapı merged two former factory sites and prepared them for development. The project comprises 224 units: 44 x 1+1, 73 x 2+1, 80 x 3+1, and 27 x 4+1 apartments, along with 29 commercial spaces. With its low-rise design and extensive green areas, the project is conveniently located near the E5 highway, Atatürk Airport, Metrobus, Marmaray, and Davutpaşa Metro Station, as well as Koç University Hospital.'
