The Wanda Vista Istanbul project, bearing the signature of Mar Yapı and Wanda Group, is being constructed adjacent to the Basın Ekspres Road, right next to the 212 Shopping Mall and Holiday Inn Hotel. The project consists of two high-rise towers, featuring a 150-room hotel alongside 300 residential apartments.

Payment conditions for Wanda Vista Istanbul have not been disclosed yet.

A Strategic Cooperation Agreement has been signed between Dalian Wanda Group, one of the largest commercial enterprises in the People's Republic of China, and Mar Yapı Group, renowned in Turkey for its innovative and high-quality projects. The Wanda Vista Hotel Istanbul, the first step of this Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Dalian Wanda Group and Mar Yapı Group, is set to commence operations in 2018. Wanda Vista Istanbul will not only operate as a 150-room hotel but will also manage 300 residential apartments located within the same building.
