Teknik Yapı's new project to be realized in Kartal is being built on a 20,972-square-meter plot. The Yücel Park project, which has a construction area of 156,000 square meters, includes 825 residential units and 17 commercial units. The project offers apartment types ranging from 1+1 to 4+1.

Teknik Yapı, which has developed various projects across many locations in Istanbul, plans to add another project to its portfolio in Kartal. The new project, named Yücel Park, will be constructed in the Orhantepe neighborhood. Upon completion, Yücel Park is expected to house 2,044 residents, with 825 residential units and 17 commercial spaces. The project, consisting of 10 blocks, will replace the existing Yücel Complex located right next to the Kartal Courthouse. Yücel Park will offer housing options ranging from 1+1 to 4+1 apartments. The 1+1 apartments in Yücel Park will range between 46.74 and 54.68 square meters, the 2+1 apartments between 76.63 and 95.35 square meters, the 3+1 apartments between 111.33 and 132.16 square meters, and the 4+1 apartments will be designed at 158.14 square meters. Pre-sales for the project have already begun. With five large park areas integrated into the design, Yücel Park is anticipated to become one of Kartal's most socially vibrant and attention-grabbing projects upon completion.
As part of its social amenities, Yücel Park will feature an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a sauna, a steam room, children's playgrounds, and multi-purpose sports areas. Residents will also benefit from both covered and open parking spaces for their vehicles.
Umut Durbakayım, Vice Chairman of Teknik Yapı's Board of Directors, emphasized the unique significance of Yücel Park among the urban transformation projects undertaken by Teknik Yapı in Kartal. He noted that while the nine urban transformation projects in Kartal so far have involved the redevelopment of large industrial sites, Yücel Park marks the first time a residential complex with seismic risks is being transformed. Highlighting Teknik Yapı's expertise in urban renewal, Durbakayım stated, "Drawing from our experience in the transformations carried out in Fikirtepe, we will swiftly turn Yücel Park into a high-standard living space."
