Asmalı Bahçe Şehir (Vineyard Garden City) is being developed on a 91,000-square-meter plot in Bahçeşehir with an investment of 600 million Turkish Lira. The project will include 499 residential units and 48 commercial units. Out of the 499 residential units, 443 will be garden houses, while the remaining 56 will be apartment units located in a single apartment block. The project offers a variety of housing types, ranging from 2+1 to 3+1 and 4+1 configurations, with gross areas spanning from 93 square meters to 214 square meters.
At Asmalı Bahçe Şehir, buyers can avail of loans from İş Bankası and Yapı Kredi Bankası with a 120-month term at a 0.99% interest rate. Under the same campaign, the company also offers installment plans of up to 30 months with no additional cost for those who prefer deferred payments. A 15% discount is available for cash purchases.
Dekar is adding another project under its "Asmalı" brand. The new project, named Asmalı Bahçe Şehir, is being constructed right next to the Asmalı Bahçeler project. The concept of previous Asmalı projects has been incorporated into Asmalı Bahçe Şehir, featuring low-rise blocks and extensive garden areas. The pre-launch of the project took place on April 2nd. Planned in six phases, the first phase includes 104 units, with 64 already released for sale. Notably, all 2+1 units in Asmalı Bahçe Şehir, which were initially offered to Dekar's existing customers, have been sold out. The first phase of Asmalı Bahçe Şehir is expected to be delivered in July 2018, while the entire project is slated for completion by 2020. The garden houses in Asmalı Bahçe Şehir come with gardens ranging from 30 to 300 square meters. The first phase was completed in September 2018, and the second phase is expected to be delivered by January 2019.
Salih Kuzu, who stated that they have been working on the Asmalı Bahçe Şehir project for a long time, said: "This will be the largest project we have undertaken to date. As with all our garden house projects, we have optimized the sizes of the houses and gardens to meet the needs of families. Our 2+1 garden houses, in particular, have garnered significant interest. Through each project, we aim to show people that it is possible to own a garden house at these prices."
Asmalı Bahçe Şehir is designed to offer a harmonious blend of urban living and natural tranquility. The project's master plan emphasizes green spaces, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and community-centric amenities. Residents will enjoy access to landscaped gardens, children's playgrounds, jogging tracks, and outdoor seating areas. The architectural design prioritizes natural light and ventilation, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort. The low-rise buildings are strategically placed to maximize privacy while fostering a sense of community.
The commercial units within the project are envisioned to cater to daily needs, featuring retail shops, cafes, and service providers. This integrated approach ensures convenience for residents, reducing the need for long commutes. The project's location in Bahçeşehir offers excellent connectivity to major highways, public transportation, and key urban centers, making it an ideal choice for families and professionals alike.
Dekar's commitment to quality is evident in the choice of materials and construction techniques. The project adheres to stringent environmental standards, incorporating sustainable practices such as rainwater harvesting and energy-efficient lighting. The interiors of the homes are designed with modern aesthetics, offering spacious layouts, high-quality finishes, and smart home features.
Asmalı Bahçe Şehir represents a new benchmark in suburban living, combining affordability, luxury, and sustainability. With its thoughtful design and prime location, the project is set to become a sought-after address in Istanbul's real estate market.
