The Narova project, signed by Yapı Tek A.Ş., a subsidiary of the Çimentaş Group, is being constructed on an 80,000-square-meter plot. The third phase of the project consists of 124 apartments across two blocks. Narova Phase 3 offers 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 apartments. While the 1+1 units in Narova Phase 3 have already sold out, the 2+1 units range from 113 to 156 square meters, and the 3+1 units span 151 to 206 square meters. The apartments in the project feature terraces and balconies with depths of up to 2.5 meters.

Launched with the slogan "Don't just buy a home, buy a lifestyle," the Narova project has garnered significant interest from residents of Izmir. The project is expected to comprise a total of 1,100 residences across nine phases. The first phase has already been completed, and the second phase is set for imminent handover. The third phase was introduced for sale at a press conference held at the Izmir Kordon Hotel. Alessandro Caltagirone, Chairman of the Caltagirone Group Board of Directors, who attended the event, expressed confidence that Phase 3 sales would be as successful as the previous phases. Caltagirone stated, "We had completed sales for the earlier phases even before construction was finished, and we are pleased with the overwhelming demand. Our goal is to create accessible, attainable, and purpose-driven housing. The results demonstrate our success in this regard."
Kayhan Karabayır, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yapı Tek A.Ş., remarked, "Narova is situated right in the heart of life, with proximity to educational, healthcare, and shopping hubs such as Ege University Campus and Hospital, Forum Bornova, Point Bornova, Yaşar University, Işıkkent Education Campus, Bahçeşehir College, and Izmir College. Recently, investments in social and commercial spaces like education, healthcare, and shopping have shifted to this area. Consequently, as living here becomes more attractive, those purchasing apartments for investment have also reaped benefits." The 1+1 apartments in Narova Phase 3 sold out quickly.
