Developed by Okkalar Construction, the Arma Modern project is being built on a 1,338-square-meter plot in Maltepe. The project consists of a single eight-story block and includes 32 apartments. The apartments are designed as 95-square-meter 2+1 and 105-square-meter 3+1 types. The construction area of the Arma Modern project has been announced as 4,155 square meters.

The apartments in the Arma Modern project are eligible for bank loans.

In 2017, Okkalar Construction, aiming for growth, will launch four new projects. The company will make a total investment of 200 million TL with projects named Arma Menta, Arma Modern, Arma Cadde, and Arma Kent. Mahmut Okka, a member of the Board of Directors of Okkalar Construction, stated: 'Our company, with 40 years of experience in the construction sector, is consolidating its new projects under the 'Arma' series. We are launching four new projects, three in Istanbul and one in Konya, with an investment of 190 million TL, which will be the 'Arms of Investment.' We have already put our Arma Menta, Arma Modern, and Arma Cadde projects in Istanbul on the market as of March, and they have already attracted significant interest. We aim to complete the sales of all projects by the end of the year.'

The Arma Modern project, developed with a boutique concept, is rising in Maltepe, one of the fastest-growing regions on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The project features only 32 apartments, designed as 2+1 and 3+1 types.
