The Otostat project, developed by Gülan Group, is a 4-story complex spanning 130,000 square meters, featuring independent access to each floor, including terraces, and comprising 340 independent units. The project includes 40 different types of commercial spaces, with sizes ranging from 180 square meters to 2,500 square meters. For visitors arriving from outside the city, the Otostat complex will also house a 24-room hotel equipped with meeting halls.
Shops in the Otostat project are eligible for bank loans. Additionally, installment plans are available with a 25% down payment and zero interest over 60 months.

Otostat, which brings together authorized dealers of leading automotive brands, second-hand market service providers, galleries, and car suppliers, is being established in TEM Sancaktepe, a prime location on investors' radar. The Otostat project is being realized with an investment of 200 million TL. The first phase of the Otostat Project is set to open in the last quarter of 2017, with full completion expected by the end of 2018. Already, 10% of the commercial spaces in the complex have been sold. Visitors to Otostat, currently under construction in one of Istanbul's Anatolian Side's most rapidly appreciating areas, will be able to drive through all the shops and park right in front of their desired commercial space. Furthermore, the 1,200-vehicle parking lot will provide businesses with the opportunity to stock vehicles. Square meter prices in Sancaktepe have increased by 17.5% over the last two years. Thanks to investments in the area, higher returns are anticipated in the coming years. Alp Gülan, Chairman of the Board of Gülan Group, emphasized that all the needs of an automotive gallery would be met through shared services at Otostat. Gülan highlighted that a gallery typically spends 3,000 TL monthly just for night security personnel, but at Otostat, this expense will be saved. Within this ecosystem at Otostat, a structure where everyone benefits will be created. Alongside unit sales in the complex, commercial spaces will also be available for lease. Otostat also serves as an excellent investment vehicle. While a residential project may take over 20 years to amortize, commercial spaces in Otostat will achieve this in a much shorter timeframe.
The project, currently under construction in TEM Sancaktepe, is located 8 kilometers from Ataşehir Financial Center, 17 kilometers from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, 15 kilometers from Kadıköy Minibus Route, and 4 kilometers from TEM Çamlıca toll booths.
