New Sultan Residences 2, constructed by Ersom Ömür Cooperative, is planned as a 990-unit housing project. In the first phase, 450 residences are being built. The project features 2+1 apartments with a gross area of 120 square meters and a net area of 80 square meters, 3+1 apartments with a gross area of 160 square meters and a net area of 120 square meters, and 4+1 apartments with a gross area of 200 square meters and a net area of 148 square meters. The project will be delivered in four phases, with subsequent phases scheduled for completion in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

In New Sultan Residences 2, apartment allocations will be determined by a lottery system.

As a cooperative project, New Sultan Residences 2 is located right next to TOKİ Turkuaz Valley. Initially, 450 units were offered for sale out of the planned total of 990 residences. Payments for the residences began in August 2016. The apartments in New Sultan Residences 2 will be allocated through a lottery system, with the first draw scheduled for the end of 2019. Those wishing to join the cooperative system are required to pay a participation fee of 6,000 TL for 2+1 apartments, 10,000 TL for 3+1 apartments, and 15,000 TL for 4+1 apartments.

New Sultan Residences 2 is being constructed on the Ankara-Eskişehir Highway, 20 kilometers from the city center, adjacent to the world's largest outlet mall. The presence of three university faculty campuses within the project's vicinity provides an added advantage for apartment owners.
