Rising on Kağıthane's Cendere Street, the Tempo City project is being constructed on a 7,782-square-meter plot. 1- Interest-free installment plans for up to 60 months with no down payment,
2- A 20% down payment option where 10% is paid after one year, another 10% after two years as an interim payment, and the remaining 60% can be paid over 84 months.
The name of Sur Yapı's Kağıthane project is Tempo City.
Sur Yapı is launching another landmark project in Kağıthane. Having previously developed the Axis Istanbul office and shopping mall project in the same area, Sur Yapı now introduces a residential and commercial complex.
