The Nidapark İstinye project consists of three phases: Panorama, Valley, and Grove. Nidapark İstinye Panorama comprises 24 blocks with 202 independent units, Nidapark İstinye Grove features 12 blocks with 134 independent units, and Nidapark İstinye Valley includes 19 blocks with 202 independent units. The blocks, designed as 4 and 5-story garden residences, offer a variety of housing types ranging from 2+1 to 5+2. The apartment sizes vary between 90 and 663 square meters.

At Nidapark İstinye, it is possible to become a homeowner without bank loans, life insurance, paperwork fees, or price escalation. The project offers a 60-month, interest-free payment plan, with payments starting in the second year. Alternatively, another payment option allows installments over 120 months with a 0.79% price escalation rate.

The Nidapark İstinye project was designed over nearly two years by both local and international design teams. The master plan was developed by the American firm SB Architects, while the facade and interior designs were handled by KY Architecture, and the implementation projects were executed by Loft Architecture. The landscape design, harmonizing with İstinye's unique natural surroundings, was a collaborative effort between Florida's EDSA and Turkey's DS Architecture. The facade design draws inspiration from nature, particularly the olive tree—a symbol of abundance and prosperity—featuring pastel tones and balanced asymmetry. Deliveries for the apartments are scheduled for 36 months after the contract date.
