European Residences Yamanevler is Artaş Construction's 28th project and the 19th under the European Residences brand. As the brand's first project on the Anatolian Side, it comprises 1,576 apartments and 57,000 square meters of office and commercial spaces. The project rises on the site of a former pipe factory in Ümraniye's İnkılap neighborhood.
Located on Alemdağ Street, European Residences Yamanevler offers easy access via the D-100 Highway. Situated in the heart of Ümraniye, the project is adjacent to the Yamanevler Metro Station and is just 220 meters from Hisar Intercontinental Hospital. It is also close to the Canpark Shopping and Lifestyle Center. The project features 47 different apartment types, with 70% of the area dedicated to green spaces. The blocks housing 1+1 and 2+1 units are strategically positioned near commercial areas, creating a separate social amenities zone for residents. Upon completion, the project is expected to provide buyers with a 35% premium on their investments.
Artaş Construction, bringing the European Residences brand to the Anatolian Side with Yamanevler, has begun delivering apartments. The first phase, consisting of 545 units across 5 blocks, has already seen homeowners move in, while limited units remain for sale. Due to high demand, Phase 2 sales have now launched, with deliveries planned for July 2022.
