The project, notable for its location, is within walking distance of the Cumhuriyet Mahallesi metrobus station. 12% of the project was sold before its official launch.
Erdal Tokmakçı, Chairman of the Board of Ertok Construction, emphasized in his speech that the balconies in all apartments of Akros Istanbul are ideal for those who wish to enjoy life beyond the confines of indoor living. Tokmakçı stated: 'The balconies, ranging in size from 7 to 22 square meters, along with the observation terrace on the 35th floor, stand out with their panoramic views of the area. Additionally, the natural ventilation system used in our buildings, as opposed to the mechanical systems common in high-rises, will be a significant advantage for homeowners.'
