Buyers can secure a loan for up to 80% of the property’s value, with no installment payments required for the first 24 months. The remaining 15% is payable starting from the third year, with a loan term of 180 months at an interest rate of 0.79%. Additionally, a 10% discount is applied under this campaign.

Emlak Konut GYO is launching a brand-new project in Ankara, marketed with the slogan "The New Capital of the Capital." The project’s advertising campaign features the famous singer Mustafa Ceceli. Construction is currently underway on this development, which is strategically positioned between Turan Güneş Boulevard and Doğukent Street.

Following its launch event on December 2, Başkent Emlak Konutları was opened for sales. Mustafa Ceceli, the face of the project’s advertising, attended the launch. During the event, Emlak Konut GYO’s General Manager, Murat Kurum, shared details about the project. He explained that the development was built after demolishing 500 informal settlements on the site, with 492 legal rights holders accommodated. As an urban renewal project, Başkent Emlak Konutları carries an estimated value of 1.5 to 2 billion Turkish Lira. Spanning 202,000 square meters, the project dedicates 50,000 square meters to green spaces and includes amenities such as a school, mosque, healthcare facilities, and renewable energy systems.

Murat Kurum emphasized that Emlak Konut GYO’s priority has always been people-centric and city-focused development, a principle upheld in Başkent Emlak Konutları. He stated, "We have meticulously considered the needs of our residents, prioritizing social facilities, green spaces, parks, schools, and mosques to enhance their quality of life. As part of the urban renewal initiative, we are allocating 492 units of 3+1 apartments, ranging from 98 to 135 square meters, to eligible rights holders. Beyond these, the project offers 1,478 residential units and 26 commercial spaces, totaling 1,504 independent units for sale. The project features diverse housing options, from compact 1+1 apartments to expansive 6+1 duplexes.
