Ferko Construction has once again chosen Kağıthane for its new project. Located opposite Sur Yapı Axis Shopping Mall on land owned by Plastifay Kimya Endüstrisi A.Ş., the Ferko Line project includes a hotel, offices, and retail spaces. Comprising four blocks—three for offices and one for the hotel—Ferko Line is set to redefine comfort and prestige in the business world with offices designed by Germany’s prestigious 150-year-old furniture brand Walter Knoll and the exclusive amenities of Four Points by Sheraton. With a total investment of $120 million, Ferko Line boasts a 300-meter frontage along the main avenue. The project is anticipated to deliver a minimum 40% return to investors.
Following the saturation of the Büyükdere-Levent corridor, the relocation of industrial zones from the area due to zoning changes has enhanced Kağıthane’s appeal. Gökçe Meriçten, Vice Chairman of Ferko’s Board of Directors, noted that the Seyrantepe metro and tunnel construction have also contributed to this growth. The upcoming Mahmutbey-Mecidiyeköy metro line, set to open in 2018, will further improve accessibility to the area. Meriçten stated, "Ferko Line, located just 1 km from the Kağıthane station of the Kağıthane-Mahmutbey Metro (scheduled for operation in 2018), will add prestige to the area and the brands associated with the project. We offer office spaces ranging from 166 to 1,624 square meters with 3.65-meter ceiling heights. Over the past 25 years, we have never compromised on quality and have never engaged in projects we didn’t believe in. As we near the completion of Ferko Signature on Büyükdere Avenue in Levent, Ferko Line excites us with the promise of a new beginning.
