Akzirve Real Estate, a company with a quarter-century of continuous investment in Turkey, has unveiled its new project in Bahçeşehir, valued at 1.5 billion Turkish Lira. Named 'Strada,' which means 'street' in Italian, the project is divided into three phases. The Strada project, comprising 2,500 residential units, also includes commercial spaces with over 100 independent sections. The architectural design is spearheaded by the renowned architect Bünyamin Derman. The first phase of the Akzirve Bahçeşehir project includes 747 residential units, with approximately 100 units reserved during the pre-demand stage. Akzirve Strada is expected to yield a 45% return for its investors. Due to overwhelming interest, all units in the first phase have been sold out. The second phase, named Strada Plus, has now been launched for sale.

İbrahim Maasfeh, CEO of Akzirve Real Estate & Investment, stated, 'The Bahçeşehir region continues to attract investors due to its steadily increasing value. While square meter prices in the area ranged between 1,000 TL and 1,500 TL in 2011, they have now surged to as high as 4,000 TL. The region offers significant investment advantages due to its proximity to the 3rd Airport connection routes and the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge.'

The lowest to highest residential unit prices range from 345,500 TL to 1,432,500 TL.

Expanding further on the project, Akzirve Strada is envisioned as a self-sustained community with state-of-the-art amenities.
