Developed by Artaş Construction, the Europe Office Ataşehir project consists of a single 38-story tower. Spanning a construction area of 60,000 square meters, the project offers 29,000 square meters of leasable office space. Construction of Europe Office Ataşehir began in May 2016 and includes both office and commercial units. The project also features 4,500 square meters of leasable retail space.

Payment terms for the Europe Office Ataşehir project have not yet been finalized.

Europe Office Ataşehir Makes Its Debut in Dubai

Artaş Construction showcased six projects worth $570 million at the Dubai Cityscape 2016 Fair, including the highly anticipated Ataşehir project, which made its first appearance in Dubai. The latest addition to the Europe Residences brand, Europe Office Ataşehir, was introduced to prominent investors from the Gulf region. The project, long-awaited by many, generated significant interest among attendees.

Located directly opposite the Istanbul Financial Center, the Europe Office Ataşehir project comprises office and commercial units within a single 38-story tower. Designed by Sabri Paşayiğit Architecture-SPDO, the project will become part of the new skyline of the Istanbul Financial Center district. Süleyman Çetinsaya, Chairman of the Board of Artaş Construction and Europe Residences, stated: "Our brands, Artaş Construction and Europe Residences, enjoy substantial credibility in the Gulf region. In previous years, we have completed sales to notable figures from the Gulf. There are groups here who follow our projects and maintain continuous communication with us. In response to this interest, we participated in the fair with a large-scale stand designed to compete with global brands, presenting all our available projects to investors. We introduced our Ataşehir project for the first time in Dubai and were met with overwhelming enthusiasm. Investors here place great importance on developments around the Istanbul Financial Center. Last year, a group that purchased office floors in our Vadistanbul project visited our stand again this year and expressed interest in our Ataşehir project. Although we have not yet launched sales for this project, the response has been highly positive."
