In May 2015, Tahincioğlu Real Estate and its group company Nida Construction won the land tender held by Emlak Konut. Nidapark Kayaşehir, with one entrance facing the city square and another opening to Europe's largest botanical park, aims to elevate residential standards in the region. The project, consisting of 3 residential phases and 1 commercial phase, does not include 1+0 or 1+1 apartments. Nidapark Kayaşehir is located adjacent to the Adım Istanbul and Evvel Istanbul projects. Designed by Tago Architecture, the project is a candidate for LEED Certification. Tahincioğlu Real Estate is also opening the 3rd Palladium Shopping Mall in Başakşehir. The shopping mall section of Nidapark Kayaşehir will operate under the Palladium brand. The project offers extensive social and technical amenities, with apartments delivered fully equipped, including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, and air conditioning.
Özcan Tahincioğlu, Chairman of Tahincioğlu, stated that they launched pre-sales through a housing campaign initiated by Emlak Konut GYO in August, even before the project was ready for sale. Within 1.5 months before the launch, 216 out of 843 units were sold. The sales office received 1,000 visitors, generating 143 million TL in revenue from these sales.
On May 8, 2015, Emlak Konut held the Kayabaşı 5th Phase tender. Nine companies submitted bids for the 103,277-square-meter plot in the final session. Tahincioğlu Real Estate and its group company Nida Construction won the tender with a total sales revenue proposal of 1 billion 72 million 600 thousand TL, offering Emlak Konut a 38% share of 407 million 588 thousand TL.
