Macro Construction's Macro Kayabaşı project is being built on a 50,696 square meter plot of land. The project consists of 8 blocks, each 16 stories high, with a total of 700 residential units. Among these units, 336 are 2+1, 200 are 3+1, 136 are 4+1, and 28 are 5+1 types. In addition to the residential units, the Macro Kayabaşı project also includes 120 commercial units.

Macro Construction has commenced work on the Macro Kayabaşı project, which will be built on a titled land owned by TOKİ in Başakşehir's Kayabaşı neighborhood. The land auction for the project, to be constructed on Plot No. 2 of Block 876, saw fierce competition among companies. Macro Construction bid 306 million Turkish Lira for the land in the second session, with an expected revenue of 1 billion 20 million Lira. The project, currently in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process, is set to begin construction in August.

The area where the Macro Kayabaşı project will be developed is part of a larger plan by TOKİ and stands out as Turkey's largest satellite city project. The land is located along the route of the Third Bridge connection road in Kayabaşı, 17 kilometers from Atatürk Airport and 20 kilometers from the new airport.
