The Boulevard Loft project, bearing the signature of Akfen Construction and the Iller Bank, is being built on a 37,000-square-meter plot. The project consists of 6 blocks, housing a total of 822 residences. In Boulevard Loft, the apartment sizes range from 66.31 square meters to 350.44 square meters. The project offers 16 different apartment types. Out of the 37,000-square-meter plot, 175,000 square meters have been allocated for construction.
The apartments in Boulevard Loft are eligible for bank loans.
Life begins at Boulevard Loft
In 2015, Akfen Construction, which submitted the best bid for Iller Bank's 38-acre land tender in Ankara's Gölbaşı district, initiated the new project. Construction of the new project, named "Boulevard Loft," began in June 2016. The press launch of Boulevard Loft, which had been in the pre-demand phase for some time, took place on September 22. Boulevard Loft boasts rich social amenities and offers apartment types designed to meet every need.
Located on the axis connecting Ankara's western district of Çayyolu, known for its dense residential fabric, to Incek Boulevard, Boulevard Loft aims to become a new hub with its mixed-use concept. Positioned near universities, TED, and other schools, the project will serve as a new meeting point for Ankara residents. The section featuring cafes, shops, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, tailors, dry cleaners, and hair salons opens onto the loft courtyard. This transitional space includes an ice-skating rink and expansive green areas.
Barış Barçak, General Manager of Akfen Consulting and Project Development Inc., stated, "During this sensitive period our country is experiencing, the real estate sector, as a driving force of our economy, bears significant responsibility. Our sector holds unique value due to its employment capacity, growth figures, and the dynamism it brings to the economy. Through our projects under the Akfen brand, we contribute significant strength to the sector. Our project, Boulevard Loft, launched in September, has received rapid and positive feedback from investors due to its location, transportation advantages, proximity to the city's living spaces, architecture, and social amenities. We have successfully sold 35% of the units in just about three months, showcasing a remarkable performance for our sector."
Selim Akın, Chairman of the Board of Akfen Construction, announced that 500 apartments in Boulevard Loft, where life begins and 'the lights turn on' as of June 1, are available for rent. According to Akın, the company aims to generate a total monthly rental income of 1.3 million Turkish Lira from these 500 apartments. Additionally, the maintenance fee burden, which can reach up to 450 Turkish Lira per apartment, will be lifted. Considering the tenant turnover rate of 8-10 months in the Incek area, Akfen plans to sell these apartments once the housing market reopens.
