The Nef Bahçelievler project, bearing the signature of Timur Real Estate, is being constructed on a 44,326-square-meter plot. Nef, renowned for its distinctive architectural approach and standout projects, plans to introduce three new projects by the end of 2016. The first of these is the Nef Bahçelievler project. Situated on the site of the Merter Meydan Shopping Mall, the project is located right in front of a metro station. Nef Bahçelievler is just 1 kilometer away from the E-5 highway. Over half of the project is dedicated to landscaping and green spaces, with only 5% of the units being 1+1 apartments. The majority of the residences are designed for families, with 2+1 and 3+1 apartments dominating the offerings. Deliveries for the project are scheduled to commence in June 2020.

Out of the 45-acre Nef Bahçelievler plot, 25 acres are reserved for specially designed landscaped areas. The project also includes 9,000 square meters of terraces and rooftop gardens, bringing nature into the homes. Selçuk Çelik, Nef Executive Board Member and Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing, explained, "One of Turkey's finest nurseries will be part of the project. After leaving the nursery, your child can play freely in the street playgrounds. There are many specially designed play areas for children, including treehouses, a children's library, thematic play zones, a giant slide, a kids' club, a children's farming area, and hobby gardens." Çelik noted that children at Nef Bahçelievler will grow alongside their own trees, stating, "For every newborn child, we will plant a tree in our project, ensuring that our nature grows alongside our families."
