New phases are coming to Europe Residences Atakent 4

Europe Residences, which has built an entirely new neighborhood in Atakent with three projects, is adding another project to this series. Sales for the Europe Residences Atakent 4 project, constructed by Artaş Construction on the former Mintax Detergent Factory land owned by the Saruhan Group, began on May 20.

The first phase of the Europe Residences Atakent project, which will be built in three phases, features Block A with 441 residences. Approximately 7,000 applications were received during the pre-demand phase for the Europe Residences Atakent 4 project. After delivery, prices double. For example, a 3+1 apartment we sold for 374,000 TL in Atakent 3 rose to 850,000 TL after three years. We expect similar increases in the Atakent 4 project."

Artaş Construction is adding Phases B and C in 2017 to Phase A of the Europe Residences Atakent 4 project, where construction and sales are ongoing. Phase A will include 517 residences, Phase B will have 430 residences, and Phase C will feature 270 residences, totaling 1,217 residential and commercial units. Positioned at a location described as the future Bağdat Avenue, the project, including Phases A, B, and C, will cover a total construction area of 254,000 square meters and a salable area of 165,000 square meters.
