İbrahim Yüksekdağ, Sales Manager of Evim Yüksekdağ, announced that the project garnered significant interest during the pre-sale phase, with 14% of units already sold. Celal Yüksekdağ, General Manager of Yüksekdağ Real Estate, stated that the Evim Yüksekdağ project is expected to appreciate by 50% by the time of delivery. Monthly maintenance fees are projected to range between 1.5 and 2 TL per square meter.
