AND Pastel, bearing the signature of AND Real Estate, consists of 1,200 residential units across 7 blocks. The project offers a variety of apartment types ranging from 1+1 to 4+1. Built on a 45,000-square-meter plot, the project's construction area spans 250,000 square meters. The gross areas of the apartments in the project vary between 74 and 204 square meters, while the net areas start from 40 square meters.

In the AND Pastel project, it is possible to benefit from bank loans with a 0.99% interest rate for cash purchases and during the limited-time equinox campaign, valid only between September 23-30, 2019, for a select number of units.

AND Real Estate, the real estate brand established by the Anadolu Group in 2011, has launched its first residential project, AND Pastel. Rising on the site of the Anadolu Group's former production facilities in Kartal, the jewel of the Anatolian Side, the AND Pastel project will bring a new perspective to the sector. Under the slogan of "a next-generation neighborhood," 11 different studies were conducted with 9 companies to analyze the real needs of people and the region for the AND Pastel project. The project features three distinct block types. The Blue Block consists of a 40-story tower. The tower, which offers views of the sea and the Princes' Islands, primarily houses 1+1 apartments. The Orange Blocks are mid-rise buildings, predominantly featuring 2+1 apartments. The Green Blocks are designed as 6-story buildings, with 2-3 apartments per floor. Additionally, residents of the Green Blocks will have gardens in the NeighborVillage Fields.

AND Real Estate is also implementing a new business model that allows customers to test the homes they plan to purchase and experience the lifestyle before committing. Under this model, called "Experience Life," there are two different campaigns where prospective homeowners can evaluate their savings and secure their investments. These campaigns in AND Pastel, one of Kartal's largest-scale projects, will be valid for a limited number of units.

AND Real Estate offers those considering purchasing an apartment in AND Pastel, where deliveries began in July 2018, the opportunity to experience the home they will live in for many years for one year. Moreover, the campaign valid for cash purchases benefits buyers both at the time of purchase and sale. A 20% discount is offered on the home's price at the time of purchase. The homeowner can move in immediately. If they decide to back out after living there for a year, they are guaranteed to sell their home with a 20% premium.

AND Real Estate is introducing a new campaign for those who struggle to make an immediate purchase decision and those unable to save for a down payment due to paying rent. Customers who wish to participate in this campaign start living as tenants in AND Pastel. A 24-month rental fee is taken as a deposit. For those who wish to purchase the same home within two years, their deposit and paid rents are deducted from the home's price. Those who choose to leave after two years can reclaim their deposit.

Deliveries for the first phase of the project have already begun. The aim is to complete all deliveries for the first phase by December 2018. Deliveries for the other phases of the project will take place in 2019.
