Developed by Emlak Konut GYO in the Kayabaşı area of Istanbul's Başakşehir district, Başakşehir Evleri Phase 2 consists of 250 residential units. The 2+1 apartments in the project have a gross area ranging from 117 to 147 square meters and a net area of 79 to 105 square meters. Emlak Konut GYO's campaign, "Time for Unity for a Strong Turkey," will be valid from February 1 to March 31. Under this campaign, it is possible to become a homeowner with a 20-year term at a 0.79% interest rate and a 5% down payment. Loans are also available for 10 years at a 0.45% interest rate and for 5 years with zero interest.
