The Huzurlu Marmara project, developed by Huzurlu Construction Inc., consists of 500 residential units. Built on a 27,000-square-meter plot, the project offers 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 apartments. The apartment sizes range between 97 and 117 square meters. In the Huzurlu Marmara project, the 2+1 apartments are designed with a gross area of 97 square meters (net 80 square meters), the 3+1 apartments have a gross area of 140 square meters (net 118 square meters), and the 4+1 apartments feature a gross area of 177 square meters (net 142 square meters).
Since 2009, Huzurlu Construction Inc., which has built thousands of homes across Anatolia, is launching a new project in Beylikdüzü. Named "Huzurlu Marmara," the project has an investment value of 90 million Turkish Lira. Construction work has already begun, and upon completion, the project will house approximately 2,000 residents. Located in one of Beylikdüzü's most prestigious areas, sales for Huzurlu Marmara commenced after the pre-demand period. The project was officially launched on December 16, 2015.
Bayram Bıyıklı, Chairman of the Board of Huzurlu Construction, stated that over 300 applications were received during the pre-demand phase. The project, developed on a land-for-flat basis, introduced a special launch price of 3,000 TL per square meter. Prices are expected to increase by 10% post-launch. Bıyıklı also mentioned that the per-square-meter price at delivery would be 5,000 TL. He further elaborated, "Investors in 2+1 apartments will earn at least 100,000 TL, those in 3+1 apartments will earn between 150,000 and 200,000 TL, and 4+1 apartment buyers can expect profits of 250,000 to 300,000 TL. Monthly maintenance fees for Huzurlu Marmara, which boasts extensive social amenities, are estimated to be between 250 and 300 TL. We aim to deliver the project in less than 36 months. As Huzurlu Construction, we plan to develop 2,500 homes in Istanbul, followed by investments in Ankara and Izmir."
During the groundbreaking ceremony for Huzurlu Marmara, a record was set with 67% of units sold within just one month. Bayram Bıyıklı emphasized that the project embodies all the privileges of modern living, stating that Beylikdüzü is poised to become the "Florya of the future." He added, "Apartment buyers in our project stand to gain significantly. Huzurlu Marmara includes every conceivable social facility and activity area. We’ve combined sea-view apartments with lush greenery, dedicating 85% of the project to green spaces. Achieving 67% sales in one month reflects the project’s appeal. Here, residents will enjoy the sea, nature, and tranquility. The project’s location will soon establish itself as Istanbul’s second Florya."
