Tahincioğlu Real Estate and its group company Nida Construction won the auction for Kayabaşı Phase 5, which Emlak Konut GYO put up for auction for the second time, with a total sales revenue of 1 billion 72 million 600 thousand TL and a proposed 38% share of 407 million 588 thousand TL for Emlak Konut. Work on the new Nidapark project is progressing rapidly.
