During the second-phase launch, Yüksel Akgül, Chairman of Vadişehir's Board of Directors, announced that a domestic investor had purchased an entire block of 122 units. Akgül also stated that the project does not engage in bulk sales to foreign investors, as this is not their preferred approach.
