The project’s sales success is also notable for its stability, unaffected by holidays or seasonal fluctuations, maintaining a steady average of 110–120 residential unit sales per month. Many investors who initially came for financial opportunities were so impressed by the project’s features that they chose to purchase homes for personal use.
As Europe’s largest and Turkey’s first master-planned private sector real estate project, Tema Istanbul hosted a 'Life Begins at Tema Istanbul' cocktail event ahead of the July deliveries. This grand gathering of nearly 5,000 homeowners introduced them to the promised new lifestyle culture and their future neighbors. In the project, which has now commenced occupancy, 1+1 apartments are renting from 1,200 TL, 2+1 units from 1,800 TL, and 3+1 units from 2,500 TL.
