The Evviva Nirvana project consists of 2 residential towers, 5 residential blocks, and 20 private villas. Construction of the Evviva Nirvana project began in May 2013, with the residences located in 18 and 27-story blocks. The sales office for the Evviva Nirvana Bahçeşehir project is situated behind the Bizim Evler 4 project.

The Evviva Nirvana project has been canceled.

Avoid Bulut Construction at all costs.

In 2012, civil servant İlhan Çakıroğlu, who purchased an apartment for 115,000 TL in the 'Evviva' project to be built by Bulut Construction in Esenyurt, filed a criminal complaint against Temel Bulut, the owner of the construction company, after failing to receive the property. The Bakırköy Republic Chief Public Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit against Temel Bulut for fraud, seeking a prison sentence of up to 7 years. The indictment stated that the license issued by the Esenyurt Municipality in the name of Bulut Construction did not include apartment number 117 on the 7th floor, and that Temel Bulut sold an independent unit not listed on the license, collected payment by promising the sale of a property that did not exist on the license, and thus committed fraud.

Bulut Construction sold a non-existent house!

The Evviva Nirvana project was envisioned as a luxurious residential complex designed to offer an upscale living experience in Bahçeşehir, Istanbul. The development was strategically planned to include modern amenities, green spaces, and high-end finishes to attract discerning homeowners. The two residential towers were intended to dominate the skyline, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area, while the five residential blocks provided a variety of unit sizes to accommodate different family needs. The 20 private villas were designed to offer exclusivity and privacy, with private gardens and premium architectural details.

However, the project became mired in controversy due to the fraudulent activities of Bulut Construction. The company's unethical practices not only led to financial losses for buyers but also damaged trust in the real estate sector. The legal proceedings against Temel Bulut highlighted the risks associated with investing in off-plan properties without thorough due diligence. The case serves as a cautionary tale for potential buyers to verify all legal documents and ensure the credibility of developers before making any commitments.

Despite its initial promise, the cancellation of the Evviva Nirvana project left many buyers in distress, with some losing their life savings. The incident underscores the importance of regulatory oversight in the construction industry to prevent such fraudulent schemes. Authorities must enforce stricter licensing and transparency requirements to protect consumers and maintain confidence in the housing market.

In conclusion, while the Evviva Nirvana project was marketed as a dream residential complex, its downfall due to fraudulent practices serves as a stark reminder of the vulnerabilities in the real estate sector. Buyers must remain vigilant, and developers must adhere to ethical standards to ensure the integrity of future projects.
