The Epique Island project, established on a 126-acre area in Tilkicik Cove, Bodrum Yalıkavak, was designed with 3 types of villas offering 10 different options, taking into account the island's unique location and geographical features. Each villa boasts panoramic views. The independent homes, named Open Terrace Villas, Courtyard Villas, and Linear Villas, are constructed in 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1 layouts. The villas also include a maid's room.

Aksoy Holding's exclusive project for Bodrum: Epique Island
Epique Island, the new project by Aksoy Holding, the owner of Conrad Istanbul Hotel, is rising in Yalıkavak, one of Bodrum's most beautiful regions. Built on a steep slope area located on the side of the peninsula, the site features a marina with a capacity for 150 yachts. While some villas overlook the marina, the marina was kept separate from the villas to maintain a sense of privacy. On the slope side, a 50-room boutique hotel connected to the marina was designed. This hotel will not only accommodate residents but also provide services to the villas.
The project's architectural implementation is led by Boran Ekinci Architecture, interior design by Stefan Antoni Associates from South Africa in collaboration with Has+Koen Architecture from Turkey, and landscape architecture by DS Architecture, Deniz Aslan. The launch event for the Epique Island project took place on August 22, 2015, on a floating island set up in Tilkicik Cove, featuring music by Pink Martini, Burhan Öcal, and DJ Doğuş Çobakçor, along with mapping and light shows, attended by distinguished guests.
In the Epique Island project, all villas are built as independent units, each with its own swimming pool. The pools are positioned either at the front to offer sunset views or in the sheltered backyard to protect against the wind. This layout allows the pools to be usable for most of the year. This exclusive project is expected to go on sale in the first week of September.
