The Ayazma Real Estate Residences project, bearing the signature of Emlak Konut GYO, is being constructed on a 61,000-square-meter plot. The project consists of 17 blocks ranging from 4 to 30 floors, accommodating a total of 1,239 residences. The units include 2+1 apartments with gross areas of 117-159 square meters (net 76.109 square meters), 3+1 apartments with gross areas of 139-191 square meters (net 95-135 square meters), 3+1 duplexes with a gross area of 250 square meters (net 169 square meters), 4+1 apartments with gross areas of 177-200 square meters (net 129-141 square meters), and 4+1 duplexes with gross areas of 251-276 square meters (net 186 square meters).

The payment terms for the project include a 120-month (PPI+CPI) indexed payment plan starting after delivery.

For 2+1 units, a down payment of 50,000 TL is required; for 3+1 units, 60,000 TL; and for 4+1 units, 70,000 TL. Installments will begin upon delivery of the residence and will be spread over 120 months. At the time of delivery, an interim payment equivalent to 20% of the apartment price will be required.

Fixed payment sales condition (Immediate payment)

For 2+1 units, a down payment of 50,000 TL is required; for 3+1 units, 60,000 TL; and for 4+1 units, 70,000 TL. The remaining balance will be subject to a 0.50% interest rate and can be paid over up to 120 months. Payments will begin in the month following the signing of the contract.

The lottery draw for Ayazma Real Estate Residences has been conducted

Emlak Konut GYO is selling 412 apartments in the Ayazma Real Estate Residences project in Başakşehir through a lottery system. The project, located near the Atatürk Olympic Stadium and the Ağaoğlu My World Europe project, comprises a total of 1,239 residences. Of these, 750 have been sold to the Ministry of Justice, and 100 to the Başakşehir Municipality. The remaining 334 apartments will be sold via lottery. The project is expected to be delivered within 30 months, and the apartments will be sold with a 1% VAT rate.

The lottery draw to determine the eligible buyers for Ayazma Real Estate Residences took place on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at 11:00 AM at the Bahçelievler Cultural Center. The draw was broadcast live from the Bahçelievler Cultural Center and via Emlak Konut GYO's official website. A total of 6,968 applications were received for the 412 apartments in Ayazma Real Estate Residences.
