The first phase of the Hilal Hill project, developed within the scope of the Büyükçekmece Urban Transformation Project, will consist of 10 five-story blocks on a 6,801-square-meter plot, with 65% of the area dedicated to green spaces. The first phase of the project will include 110 apartments in sizes ranging from 2+1 to 6+2, along with 800 square meters of commercial space. The entire project, comprising a total of 1,450 residences and 50 commercial units, will be completed in 8 phases. The apartment sizes vary between 135 and 270 square meters.

Bahaş Holding has initiated the transformation of approximately 65,000 square meters in Büyükçekmece with an investment of 750 million Turkish Lira, covering 800 at-risk residences. Sales for the first phase of the Hilal Hill project, which will ultimately include 1,450 residences and 50 commercial units across 8 phases, have now commenced.

Abdüssamet Bahadır, CEO of Bahaş Holding, shared details about the project, stating: "Büyükçekmece has always been an area of focus for us due to the high number of at-risk buildings in its structural inventory. Thanks to the collective urban transformation initiative led by Mayor Dr. Hasan Akgün, we were able to take action. As Bahaş Holding, in collaboration with Fkg Construction and Stta Construction, we are undertaking the transformation of the Hilal 86 Residences, a 40-year-old complex, with an investment of 750 million Turkish Lira. Through the urban transformation projects we are developing in the region, we aim to create luxurious projects that are highly earthquake-resistant, health-focused, and feature extensive green spaces and social amenities. As a holding company renowned for urban transformation, we see it as our duty to essentially rebuild Büyükçekmece. In this context, we will develop projects featuring earthquake-resistant, spacious green areas, and social facilities, offering investors a premium lifestyle centered around health and safety. The Hilal Hill Büyükçekmece Urban Transformation Project, for which we have completed demolition in the first phase, consists of 65% green space."
