Greetings, first of all, thank you for creating a project in Malatya that low-income families can afford. However, trusting the guarantee in your contract, we sold our house and bought an apartment in your Topsöğüt project. We were even told that the project would be completed by November, so we arranged with our landlord to stay rent-free until the New Year. But far from being completed before the contract date, we couldn’t even take possession of our apartment by the promised date. Since the New Year, we’ve had to pay rent. As retirees, we have to budget everything carefully. The fact that the apartment was delivered without built-in wardrobes and an additional sink cabinet has added extra expenses for us. At least with the rent we’re paying, we could have had the cabinets installed. We are disappointed and saddened.
