Twenty percent of the homes in the Ormanköy project are designed with private gardens. The project blends Scandinavian architecture with Turkish design influences. DAP Yapı has created special units called 'Garden Villas' within Ormanköy—functional and compact like apartments yet private and standalone like villas. These Garden Villas feature dedicated gardens where residents can grow organic fruits and vegetables.
