The Ormanköy project, developed by DAP Yapı and Eltes İnşaat on a land parcel acquired through Emlak Konut's tender in Çekmeköy, rises on a 220,000-square-meter plot. DAP Yapı has launched sales for Ormanköy Çekmeköy

Twenty percent of the homes in the Ormanköy project are designed with private gardens. The project blends Scandinavian architecture with Turkish design influences. DAP Yapı has created special units called 'Garden Villas' within Ormanköy—functional and compact like apartments yet private and standalone like villas. These Garden Villas feature dedicated gardens where residents can grow organic fruits and vegetables. The Terraced Loft model apartments in the project allow residents to enjoy sunlight and stargazing through ceiling-spanning windows. The 2.5+1 and 3.5+1 units offer panoramic forest views through floor-to-ceiling glass walls, with flexible spaces that can serve as home offices or hobby rooms.

Highlighting Çekmeköy as a true "Education Hub," DAP Yapı Chairman Ziya Yılmaz stated, "White-collar families particularly prefer Çekmeköy for their children's education, earthquake safety, and transportation advantages. The area provides 15-20 minute access to the 15 July Martyrs Bridge, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge. It's also centrally located between Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport junctions."
