Alongside residences, the project will also feature 53 commercial spaces. The units are available in sizes ranging from 60–101 sqm for 1+1, 110–219 sqm for 2+1, 181–348 sqm for 3+1, 236–330 sqm for 4+1, 179–181 sqm for 2+1 duplexes, 272–316 sqm for 3+1 duplexes, and 272–437 sqm for 4+1 duplexes.
The Folkart Vega project, situated in a prime location, offers residents the luxury of panoramic sea views. Adorned with palm trees and lush green spaces, the project is also celebrated for its rich array of social amenities.
