Specifically, the development will include 172 units of 1+1, 252 units of 2+1, and 252 units of 3+1 apartments. The three-block complex will consist of towers with 23, 20, and 16 floors respectively. Spanning a construction area of 99,571 square meters on a 20,473-square-meter plot, the Kiptaş Kartal project is anticipated to reach completion within 36 months from the start of construction.

The Kiptaş Kartal project will be enriched with extensive social amenities, including pedestrian walkways, children's playgrounds, and sports facilities. Strategically positioned, the site is just 10 meters from Topçamlar Mosque and 100. Yıl Ali Rıza Efendi Primary School, while Yavuz Sultan Selim Hospital is a mere 500 meters away as the crow flies. The project is also conveniently located 1.5 kilometers from the D-100 Highway, 3 kilometers from the Samandıra-Kartal Connection Road, and 1,300 meters from the Marmara Sea coastline. Its prime location, just 3.5 kilometers from key urban hubs, makes the Kiptaş Kartal project a standout development.
