Nokta Ankara, constructed by Türk Yapı, is designed as a mixed-use project comprising offices, residences, and street-level retail spaces across a total of 3 blocks.

NOKTA 1

Nokta 1 is a 23-story office block featuring duplex offices, each with a net area of 332 m², including terrace spaces. The offices will be delivered as shell-and-core, with all infrastructure systems pre-installed.

The residences offer four distinct facades and views:
