The AllSancak project, developed by the joint venture of Pekintaş Yapı and Burakcan İnşaat, comprises 1,069 residential units across 7 blocks. The blocks will range from 3 to 24 floors. The project offers a variety of unit types and sizes: 1+1 units range from 56.61 to 114.68 square meters gross, 2+1 units from 103.66 to 158.9 square meters, 2+1 duplexes from 173.54 to 191.97 square meters, 3+1 units from 169.1 to 184.37 square meters, 3+1 duplexes from 261.05 to 287.03 square meters, 4+1 units from 233.12 to 234.53 square meters, and 5+1 units from 301.27 to 311.84 square meters.

All units in the AllSancak project are eligible for bank loans.

Branded residential projects continue to rise in Izmir. The new project, named "AllSancak," is a collaboration between Pekintaş Yapı, operating under Emlak Konut GYO and Pekerler Group, and Burakcan İnşaat. The AllSancak project will be situated on the land formerly occupied by the Tariş factories. Pre-sales for the 2.2 billion TL project have already begun. Excavation work has started for the project, which is currently in the permit stage. The AllSancak project will feature extensive social amenities, including conference areas, a 24,000-square-meter nature park, a floating boat dock, and a skateboarding ramp, alongside private and public schools.

On June 21, 2017, Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı held a tender for the Izmir Konak Phase 2 Land Sale Revenue Sharing Project, which was won by the Pekintaş Yapı-Burakcan İnşaat Joint Venture. The contract, secured with a bid of 726 million TL, was signed on August 9, 2017, with the handover taking place on August 18, 2017.

The AllSancak project, located on Izmir Konak's parcels 7699/1, 7702/1, 7708/2, and 7702/3, will be realized with a project cost of 441.3 million TL. The development will include a 130-room hotel, 150 apartment units, 1,069 residential units, 34 retail shops, a cultural center, and a private college and primary school.

The lowest to highest residential unit prices range from 881,000 TL to 3,698,000 TL.
